Help...need someone to do a custom creation for Fantasy sailing...PLEASE

I am looking for someone who would be willing to do a design that would include the Minnie Statue from the atrium of the Fantasy along with Peacock feathers as these are two of my daughters' favorite things. Something that we could transfer to tshirts and or make magnets...Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
