Help! Need pogacsa (sp?) recipe

Help! What it says at the top! This is a Hungarian recipe for little scone-type things served with drinks. Its Hungarian recipe, and as MIL is coming for Easter lunch I thought it would be nice to make some. Her sister passed last year, and made lovely pogacsa, and this weekend is the first anniversary:angel: Sadly, MIL does not have a hand for pastry (great if you need to retile a roof, IYKWIM, but not so good for eating:rolleyes1 ) so its no good asking her for recipe. :rolleyes1

Can anyone help? TIA!

Thanks! The second one looks the easiest so I'll try that ;)

(I know you can make them with yeast but I've only got easyblend and I'm not sure how it translates to the fresh. And I don't have anything to do with cottage cheese - uuurrrghhhhhhhh)

You would use half the amount called for when using easy blend.

For example : 1 tablespoon fresh yeast = 1/2 tablespoon easy blend.

Thanks! I always get confused as I have the easyblend and I know the other dried yeast you do stuff with:scared1:

I decided to do the yeast one (the 1st option) but I had no idea what 2/3 cake of pressed yeast would be so I put in 10g of easyblend. I also made it like pastry - rubbing in first etc. - rahter than just throwing it all in. It was stiff to roll, but they came out great - DH says they're better than his mum or great aunt ever made :-)

MIL said they're very like the traditional ones from home, but she normally puts more salt in because they're served with drinks. I think they're salty enough (I used salted butter) so I suppose its down to taste. She was very impressed by the power of the internet ;-)
