HELP! Need 800 ressie number / CSR?!?!

Hi there! I KNOW that someone posted the 800 number for AP reservations and now I cannot find that thread...can anyone help?

Also, I am FRUSTRATED. We ended up having to change our dates and now have to move from WL at Xmas to CSR instead because of limited availability with the AP rate...I guess I should thank my stars that I am getting a room at all at that rate, but we were SO excited about the WL PLEASE REASSURE ME...this is our 1st Xmas away from home and I wanted it to be REALLY special I don't know a thing about CSR, so I am hoping it is okee dokee.
