HELP! My Rapunzel fastpass disappeared!!!

I know that it's because they combined her with Cinderella, but they didn't change mine to that, they just took it off. Now it says to pick a fastpass, but I can't choose just one, I have to rebook all three. I am NOT losing my 9am Anna & Elsa fastpass!!!

Does anyone know how or if you can just choose ONE fastpass without changing all of them?!?!?!
 
Yes you can but to do it you click on the fp experience and click on change experience. However if the experience is deleted I'm not sure. If you can't work it out I would phone them for help.
 
I would definitely call Disney directly and let them help you get it all back in line. I did this with one of mine and they fixed it very quickly.
 
I had this same issue today! I wanted to change something to add Anna and Elsa, but when I went to look to see what I had, one was "blank." It wouldn't let me change it at all. I went in and tried to just book the Anna and Elsa one for all 5 of us, but wouldn't let be do that, either! I had to split us up into 2 groups of 2 and then a single!!! AND, I had to change our other 2 FP's and then go back in and coordinate times for all 3 groups to be around the same time! What a giant pain!

Is there a certain date that this can start being booked for?
 
Thanks! I will call and see what they can do! It stinks that you have to book 3 together, wish they could do it individually!
 
I just called, there is no way to just add one fastpass without changing them all.

BUT when My Disney Experience cancelled that fastpass, they gave me one I can use on ANY ride ANY time I want!!!!!!

Woohoo! That means if mine train opens up by the time I'm there, I already have a fastpass for it!!! :)

However, the cm on the phone did say that even if mine train offers fastpass, it may not be available as soon as it opens. :( Not sure how much truth there is to that rumor.
 
I seem to have the same problem. I had Rapunzel, A&E and Splash Mountain. I lost the Rapunzel and it now says Select Experience, 9am-10am but also Time Overlap both before and after it. We have an 8:20am ADR at Crystal Palace.

If I click on View Details for Select Experience it says we all have 1 of 1 left

Choose from the following experiences:

Dumbo the Flying Elephant®
Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Peter Pan's Flight®
Meet Cinderella and a Visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall
Meet Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater
Meet Ariel at Her Grotto

However I can't actually select anything. I guess I'll have to call to try and get it fixed. Could this be the first step in MK tiering? Could it be that you can't have both Rapunzel and A&E together?
 
Are you guys looking at MDE on a phone app or desktop computer? I have noticed a lot lately that on the phone app not all info is correct. It will say things are at a different time, totally wipe them out, or not show something that should be there. Example, the other day I wanted to choose FoF parade for a certain day, and it wouldn't even show up in the options when I was looking on the phone app. Later that day I went on my desktop and checked, and it was there and available to select. So I think the desktop is a lot more trustworthy than the phone app.

+1 I have been saying this on the boards for a week now. Don't trust any mobile device apps for the FP+ system right now. Use a computer.

I have the same issue when logging on to MDE via computer. For some reason the mobile app will not even allow me to use the FP+ link at all... :sick:

What a mess.

Rapunzel is now combined with Cinderella, so no, I don't think it means tiering...

NO! Don't change anything! That's exactly what I had! It's a "free" fastpass. You can use it any time for ANY ride!!!! You don't have to select it ahead if time. :)

It should also say 9am-10pm (or whatever that park hours are that day). Yes, the app does seem to be screwy, but this was from the website and then I called to figure things out!

The CM I spoke with said that I can choose from the list (mentioned in a post above) but that I should wait b/c they are looking for a new spot for Rapunzel (and a visiting princess) and once it's settled and announced she will also appear on that list. So, if I really want the Rapunzel FP+ I should wait until it's on the list and then I'll be able to select it to replace the one they took away. Otherwise based on what he said you're limited to the list to replace the removed FP+, but obviously others have had other information from CM so perhaps the CM I spoke with was wrong.

From what I understand from the CM I spoke to, you won't be able to choose it ahead of time. I don't see choosing one from the current list as an option. From what she said, I can choose what I want to do once I'm down there.

Yes, it is an option, however if we choose to add it now, we would have to rebook all three fastpasses. You can't pick just one.
 
This happened to me also. I tried to just book the 1 FP+ separately, but it will not let you.

I was worried about losing my Ana & Elsa FP+ too, but I was able to go in and rebook all 3 FP+ for the times I wanted, I was able to get Ana & Elsa, Rapunzel with Cinderella and Mickey with no problem.

The online site lets you pick 3 new FP+ without losing the old ones, it will ask you to confirm that you want to replace your existing ones before you change.

I was also having problems with the mobile app, but I spoke with a CM yesterday who transferred my to a 'tech' and they tech said that a new update to the MDE app just came out a few days ago so Iprobably needed to update. She also recommended removing the app from my phone completely and starting from scratch, if problems continue.
