I had the exact same issue. I called and spoke with a Cast Member. She explained that the FastPass is gone because of the combination of Rapunzel's and Cinderella's meets. The system has replaced this FastPass with one that can be used at ANY time that day, for a certain list of attractions:

Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Meet Cinderella and a Visiting Princess at Princess Fairytale Hall
Peter Pan's Flight®
Dumbo the Flying Elephant®
Since one of my other Fps for that day was Winnie the Pooh, I changed that one to be the Cinderella and Rapunzel meet and now have this one to use at Pooh or one of the other places, depending on how the day goes!
