Help! Missing Fast Pass+

I made fast pass+ at 60 days out as we are staying at animal kingdom villas. Today I looked at MDE and it is 30 days out- my Anna & Elsa and 7 Dwarfs Mine train fastpasses are missing! There are 6 people in my group & it shows only FP+ for me -not rest of the group. I stayed up to midnight to get those babies!!!!

Right now MDE has a green FP+ "Valid from 8am-1 am for the other 5 people. Good for Anna & Elsa and 7 Dwarfs. " Do they use these instead of the regular FP+ which is Blue?

I am so confused. My first time using the new system. Will everything be ok? Or do I need to call Disney?

First I checked the app. Now when I go to website I got this:

Fast Pass+ Select up to 2 experiences for 2 Guests ( problem is there are 3 others without fastpasses)

Valid April 6 to 7, 2015
Arrive between
8:00 AM and 1:00 AM
Magic Kingdom® Park

• Meet Anna and Elsa at Princess Fairytale Hall
• Seven Dwarfs Mine Train

I am confused too. Let's see what others say, if not satisfied a call to Disney IT might be in order.

If you attempt to change the time does everyone's name come up or just yours. (Don't actually change anything )

Now it appears that the other 5 guests have a special type of fast pass+ that allows 2 selections from A&E and 7 Dwarfs valid from 8am -1am on April 6. This is different than when I checked earlier.

I think Disney may be trying to fix some type of glitch. I will try to call tomorrow to check on this.

OP here. I called Disney & was told that the green fast passes are "non-inventory" fat passes. This are used " when something happens". So the rest of my party can ride with me at my designated times. Cast member said I can get more information at guest relations after I arrive at my resort. So seems it should all work out.
