Help! Memory Maker

Can I add Memory Maker to a room only reservation? Can it be added to my Magic Bands? Ive tried to add it to my reservation twice and it is still not there. I am getting conflicting information from the CMs. Help!
 
I don't think you add it to your reservation, I think you add it to your MDE account. And nothing is added to your Magic Bands, your Magic Bands are just a way to access what's on your MDE account.
 
I'm pretty sure you can add Memory Maker to a room only reservation. Otherwise the people with AP's and the Military would never have it!

Either try to buy it from your MDE account or contact Memory Maker at:

Hello

We are here room only at the moment & using mm+. No trouble at all, works well on our magic bands. I purchased over the phone and then linked to my account, there is an option down at the bottom of your home page.

Do you know if we have a group, two rooms (two families), reservations linked in MDE, can we share a Memory Maker? Or do we have to buy one for each room?
 
Only one person needs to buy it. Just make sure everyone in both rooms is on that person's Friends and Family list.
 
I just added Memory Maker over the phone with a CM to my room only reservation. When does it show up on My Disney Experience? (I'm still seeing the "Buy Memory Maker" text at the bottom of my MDE page). Thanks in advance!

And that everyone has allowed the viewing and purchasing of photos box checked on their accounts.

I would try linking the confirmation number they gave you. It should show up at the bottom of the page under your reservations.

That's probably my problem, she didn't give me a confirmation number. LOL. I'll call and get it. I was just making a payment on my room-only reservation when we added it so I could make payments on it, too, instead of flat-out purchasing it. She sent me the email on my balance for the room before we added MM... Thanks for the suggestion!

UPDATE: Called to get my confirmation number for Memory Maker and was informed that the previous CM who sold me the MM was wrong. Cannot add MM to a room only reservation. It has to be purchased as a stand-alone. No biggie, was gonna buy it anyway, but just an FYI for anyone with room only reservation who may have read my earlier post. :-)
