Hi All ~ WOW! Do I need to check in on these boards more often. I have eaten my way to 195 lbs! I was 125 lbs! I teach fitness, yoga and art and it's increasingly difficult to perform in classes. I think I've got a glimmer of motivation this week, so I'll let you know what happens! Chat soon! Sandra
 
Hi Sandra! Glad you stopped by too! It's nice to have a fitness instructor on board. There will be many useful tips for you here, and many questions for you as well, thoughI suspect you already have most of the answers and just need a bit of motivation! Do you have any specific eating plan in mind or are you just trying to get back to basics? How long ago did you weigh your "happy weight"? It's been 13 years for me, so I know some things about me and my body have changed, and it will take some real changes to make it happen. Great to have you with us!

I'm thrilled to have a yoga instructor on board!! I LOVE yoga and how good I feel when I practice it routinely. Of course that is more like twice a week for me!

Off topic -- are you coming to our Dis-Meet in London on March 27th? Maybe if you were there, it would help me to NOT order the nachos or french fries, etc etc :rolleyes:

Hi All ~ Thanks for the WELCOMES! I had lost a bunch of weight in the past. I was 210 lbs and went to 125 lbs. I then became a fitness instructor, then started teaching art classes and then yoga classes. I love fitness! I started stress eating after 9/11. I was dipping red bell peppers in peanut butter. I got to 135 lbs and thought I was fat! HA! Just in the last 6 months, I put on 35 lbs. I am extremely fit with all the exercise I do, but I stopped drinking all the water I had been drinking and stress eating. I am motivated, but still need help. Thanks. S
