Ladies,

I thought it would be a great idea to scrapbook our trip to Disney this past August. So, since the DISBOARD was so helpful before our trip, i began to hunt around for help with the scrapbook side of things. I found tons of valuable information and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your insights and help to others on the board, it has helped me greatly, and i already have 6 pages done (3 2page LOs)

Which leads me to my problem,

i remember a thread about 5 or so scrapbook items you couldn't live without, and some of the answers (like a cutter bee and personal trimmer and tape runner) but i can't find the thread.

Do any of you have it in a subscription or something that you could share the link??

I want to make sure i'm on the right track.

Hi Rob!

I can't find the thread but here is the list of basic supplies from the Creating Keepsakes conventions:

1. Favorite pair of straight-edge, micro-tip scissors
2. Personal 12" x 12" paper trimmer
3. Favorite adhesives, both wet and dry
4. Black archival journaling pen
5. Paper Piercer and mat (I use a push pin)
6. Stapler
7. Regular hole punch
8. Black and brown distressing ink
9. Corner Rounder

And my #10 on the list is a notepad and pencil. I get ideas in the middle of a project or if there is something I need to finish a page and I don't have it I will make a shopping list. It also comes in handy for journalling, I practice what I want to say and it can go through some changes before the final product.
