Help me with my dining choices... opinions welcomed

Taking a trip with my DH and two DD's (5 and 9 at the time) please help me with my choices! 10 days 9 nights and trying to stay away from too many character meals this time around!

Breakfasts:
Tusker house
Ohana
Crystal Palace
Chef Mickeys

Lunch
Via Napoli
Sci-Fi
Liberty Tree Tavern

dinners:
Ohana
Be Our Guest
Teppan Edo
1900 PF
T-Rex
Coral Reef
Grand Floridian Cafe
Tak and Yeti
Boma

I will be getting rid of a few... obviously we will be paying oop for a few LOL

Of those listed, I've only eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern (only been to WDW once) and I loved it! I always describe it as eating Thanksgiving dinner in unlimited quantity. I'd definitely keep that one!

Via Napoli pizzas are large enough to share, but you cannot share on the DDP or DxDDP (i.e. use 1 credit to feed 2 people) so this might be a good place to pay OOP.
Sci-Fi Fun atmosphere. Relatively inexpensive so another good place to pay OOP.
Liberty Tree Tavern Love the Colony Salad and Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake. Another less expensive place so maybe OOP.

dinners:
Ohana Fun activities for the kids. We liked the food.
Be Our Guest We liked lunch better than dinner. The main reason to go for dinner is the photo op with the Beast since he's not there at lunch

T-Rex Very loud. Large portions.
Coral Reef The aquarium is fun. Food is so-so.
Grand Floridian Cafe We've been twice and service was very slow.
Tak and Yeti Best TS in AK
Boma Interesting menu with African overtones. Also a chance to go outside afterwards (or before dinner) to see the animals and talk to the CMs.

If you get the DxDDP you'll have 27 dining credits each (3 dining credits per person per night for 9 nights). Right now you have 16 dining credits allocated for TS meals, but that's probably still below the break even point.

If you stay with the DDP there are ways to stretch your credits. Except at Via Napoli you can use one credit and have 2 people share a meal to maximize your credits. Or you can use credits and paying OOP if one person wants an entree and dessert, but the other person only wants an appetizer.

Thanks everyone. I am still not sure what we are doing and I know there is plenty of time BUT I like to 'know' what is going on before my 180 day mark as some of my choices are very popular and very hard to get

No, not new. When it first opened, there were some mixed reports, but lately it's been pretty consistent that VN does not allow "sharing" (i.e., using one credit to feed two people). Most other a la carte places allow sharing.

I tried Teppan Edo & I did not think it was worth the money for the mediocre experience I had between the chef and the food.

I'd say keep Via Napoli & Boma. I enjoyed more than one meal at both & recommend. Good picks. Enjoy & let me know how you & you're family liked them!
