Help me with a half day Epcot itinerary!

Hello! We are going to Epcot on Oct 24th. Easywdw has it as a recommended park. We may add another day to our trip, but as of right now we only have a half day at Epcot. We have a reservation at Akershus at 8am. Plans now are to leave the park by 2. I am traveling with my DH, my mom, my dad, 3 daughters ages 9, 6 and 2, and a 1 year old son. None of us has ever been to Disney before. Everything Nemo related is a must as my dd2 is OBSESSED, and my other girls will watch it repeatedly right along with her. I have no idea how long anything takes to get through there, and that is part of the reason I am having trouble figuring out an itinerary. I really appreciate your suggestions!

If you plan on doing soarin and test track, fast pass one and hit the other right after breakfast

If the character spot is important, do it early or right after the major rides


We always hit nemo then turtle talk after the majors and usually dont have a line.... Or if there is a line, it moves fast with the omnimover

Once crowds build, imagination is a good bet with kids

The two and one year old are too young for Test Track and Soarin...there is a nice little boat ride Living with the Land right by Soarin that is good for the little ones. You will have to plan who does what ride with whom. Just got back from WDW with children 4 1/2, 8 and 9 and Test Track was their favorite ride!!

Thank you! I get motion sick so I think I am going to skip Soarin(I can't even watch IMAX movies!) It's nice to know that my mom and I can take the little kids on a ride while my husband and dad take the older girls on Soarin. How would you fit WS into the plan? Will we be able to head over by noon to spend some time walking through the countries?
