So I’m planning a trip with my DD for Jan 2008. I’m planning on 4 nights at AKL and then 4 nights at POLY. Also for the nights at AKL I will need 2 rooms. I’m wondering if it is better to book with AAA discount. Or if I should get an annual pass and use that discount.

I know that with the annual pass I can’t do the Disney dining. But we are going to do a lot of character meals. So I’m thinking that the dining might not be as big of a help anyway.

Help!!

well the DDp is good at the character meals. doesn't pay for the tip anymore - that starts in 2008.

cindy's is 2 - so I won't go with that one. but all the other character meals are one.

do you a worksheet and see what would work best.

of course with the annual pass - discounts are never guaranteed. although in Jan I would think they would have some discounts. but no guarantees.

right now go with the AAA discount - you can go through CRO (WDTA) even with a AAA. and I would suggest it. now not sure about packages with a AAA package (this includes dinning) you may have to go through aaa. which carries a cancellation fee.

I'm sorry... what is CRO (WDTA)?

ok so basically you think bookwith the AAA first then watch for annual pass discounts. If i'm going to do that should i just book myself. Or can I use one of the planning companies?

thank you! I was wondering what some of those abbreviations were. I think i'm still getting the hang of them.
