Help me plan ADULT activities!

Hubby and i are staying at POR for 2 an a half days next week.this is our first time without kids and we are not sure we will be visiting the parks.(if we do it will be just one day at Epcot with lunch at Chef's de france and dinner at Biergarten)We will probably do a night at PI.What would you suggest for another night and those 2 afternoons? will want to spend about an hour or two at the pool each day but after that....?we have spent a lot of time at DD and are not into sports,what do you suggest? TIA

Couples massages, Horseback riding, watersports (Jet Skiing, Water skiing, power boats, parasailing).

Have a meal at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and check out the animals on the Savannah.

Spend some time on the Boardwalk area.

Ride the monorail and visit the resorts, shop, drink, eat.

Romantic Carriage ride.

If you are planning on going to Epcot. See if you can get a spot for the Illuminations Cruise

Wishes Cruise or a night on the boardwalk would be fun.

Spend a little time at Playalinda Beach north of Kennedy Space Center. Go through Titusville to Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, then follow the signs. At the beach, walk south a good bit until you arrive. . .you'll know it when you get there.

Definitely “adult.” Be sure to apply lots of sunscreen as directed.

If I was going for any amount of time I would HAVE to go to MK at least once and take in the sights. Personally, I think MK would be great for afternoon/early evening when the lights are all coming on and it gets soooo romantic. Go on rides where you can cuddle in a seat and enjoy Disney in style. DH and I went on our honeymoon and we think EVERY area of Disney can be made romantic - even the "child" activities.

Segway Tour at Epcot! Lot's of fun, and only 16 and over can take this tour.

I cannot wait to take DH to Adventuer's Club on Pleasure Island. We are going byouselves, staying at POR from 5/6-5/10.

We have about 2 days in WDW alone coming up in July. Heres our plan.

Arrive Fri about 12:30. Lunch on the BW, unpack, pool time, wash up, dinner at YSH(anniversary dinner), then PI for the night.

Saturday is our park day. We have 4 day hoppers but are only using 1 day. Breakfast at the BW Bakery, MGM, then Epcot. We will take a short break to wash up at the hotel before dinner. Back to MGM for dinner at Mama Melrose, then to the MK til around 10:00 or 11:00. We will then head to Jellyrolls on the BW until they close 2:00.

Sunday we will get up, pack up, check out and store our luggage. We will then have a very late breakfast at Fresh before getting picked up to go to the airport.

If I had more time that I wanted to kill without going to a park, I would take some time to shop and just stroll along DTD.

If your staying at POR have you considered the carriage ride? It looks really romantic. We've not done it because I didn't know about it before we stayed at POR and it was booked up by the time I asked. So if you think it's a good idea call now. I think its 1-407-wdw-play

My DW and I always make it a point to see Bob "The Piano Man" Jackson perform in the River Roost Lounge. Sure, he's great family entertainment but we "adults only" think he's the greatest, too! He's there Wed-Sun evenings, 8:30-Midnight. After 9:30 or so, most of the kids have gone to bed and Bob starts cranking out the oldies!

since our sons are both teens we always try to get at least one day at the parks as an adult only morning. we always go to epcot and since wife really isnt a thrill type ride person so we just take our time, visit every country and just shop at our own pace.

we have been together for a while now and i always find is so refreshing and invigorating to be able to spend time alone with DW in a place like WDW. the atmosphere it WDW, especially in Epcot, is truly amazing. as a tradition we always get a drink and sit by the fountain in italy. then lunch at Rose & crown in England and if there is room pastries at France.

i honestly do know if i could be near WDW and not visit any of the parks
