Help me pick my ADR's!

We'll be able to make ADRs next Friday and I can't make up my mind. Help!
We'll be on the dining plan so we'll have 6 TS. I can't decide if I want to to do a signature restaurant on this trip. Other than Le Cellier we've never eaten at any of these places before. It's just DH and I this time and we're staying at BWI. Here's what I'm thinking.

Le Cellier
Chefs de France
Crystal Palace
Raglan Road
Mama Melrose
Cape May Cafe (dinner)

Or we could nix MM and CM and seat at a signature, but I'm not sure which one. DH is not an adventurous eater, more of a steak and potatoes kind of guy. Any suggestions?

if you want to nix 2 I go with Cali Grill. I am a steak & pot person to. Actually all I eat is either steak or macaroni's. I loved cali Grill

We love Crystal Palace - crowded as it may be. The food is good.

If you nix 2, try Artist Point. It's our favorite signature although there are several good ones out there.
