Oh, and I agree with the PP that you should stay in Epcot if that's where you want to be. I LOVE Le Cellier, have always had a great experience there. I'm trying Coral Reef for the first time this fall, and I can't wait!
I also do like Japan, we didi that 2 years ago and it was fantastic. Granted, it has changed since then, but I think it is very similar. Is Spoodles an option? They have steak kabobs and great fish. That was my favorite spot from last year's trip.
