Help me into the VRoom pls

We are flying VA LGW /MCO in Dec. We have booked the flights through Charter Travel. Have any VA passengers had any success in booking the VRoom, if so how. THanks.

Yes, we booked our flights directly with VA and managed to book the V-Room for next month, As you're probably aware, it's supposed to be exclusively for the use of Virgin Holidays customers. I haven't read of any other VA customers who have been successful in booking it, but we booked through the Frequent Virgin Club (VH's loyalty programme), so maybe that's the trick.

We tried to get in but we couldn't do it would have loved to spend our time waiting in the vroom rather than out in thr cramped airport lounges.

You can get into the first class lounge if you don't have young children with you, that didn't work for us as our youngest is 6.

Did you try the Flying Club? That is VA loyalty program - Deb was refering to the Frequent Virgin Club which is Virgin Holidays loyalty program - they are completly seperate.
