I've got a friend who is going to dlrp for the first time in august for her DD 7th birthday just for the day would be grateful for info on where to buy tickets and how to have the most magical day possible

Are they planning on being in the parks from opening until closing? If they are willing to take the time out a character meal might be nice and they could get a birthday cake brought out too. .
