Did you try Etsy? I got some with Cinderella and sparkly like this. I typed in Blingy Disney shoes. You can probably narrow it down to Tinkerbell.

I've seen people post photos of mickey/minnies on their shoes. They were vinyl decals. Search etsy for 'wedding shoe decals' and you'll find a lot. I've found sellers there that will customize size, color, pic, etc., you just have to ask around. Pretty inexpensive and easy.
