Help me figure this out please

We have 26 pts left from 2010 that I plan to bank to 2011 next year. In the summer of 2011 I am planning a family trip in a 3 bedroom villa. With the 26 pts banked that gives us 376 pts for 2011. Am I able to borrow from 2012 to ensure I have enough or will I be paying cash for part of this trip? I have confused myself so I appreciate your help.

Ken is correct, it depends on your use year.

From a concept perspective, you can borrow for a trip that lands in a time 1 year from your use year.

For example, if your use year is in June, and you plan on taking a trip in July, you can use your current June use year and next June use year points

I, for one, am only borrowing 1 year out to fund a vacation. I am always in a deficit of my use year
