I am having difficulties deciding if I want to buy the FFP to use on Sunday 10/23 and Thurs 10/27 without express (only there 10/21-29), or if I want to go on a peak night with express pass. I hear the maze will only be open on peak nights. Maybe I should wait and find out if the maze is worth a peak night. We are going with 3 friends who have never been to HHN so would like them to get the best experience as well. We are AP holders so we get the discounted tickets so the price would be the same basically for the FFP and peak night w/ express. Any input would be appreciated. Need to order them soon so they will arrive before time for us to leave.

What does this mean? :confused3

All the haunted houses and shows will be running on non-peak nights. On peak nights the New York and Production Central area in USF will be open.

Go on the non-peak night to avoid heavy crowds.

I also heard this as well about the maze. Something not advertised but will be open only on peak nights as a crowd deterant. Something similar to Run.

I've never been on a off peak night - and I've never seen everything without express. You might consider doing the FFP and playing it by ear. If you go the first night and don't feel you'll see everything between that and the second night, buy express for the last night.

There is a maze that is only open on peak nights, it is not listed as far as I know on the HHN website. But I have seen pictures of it (well the frame of it) on another site, the one phamton mods. It is probably not a big deal, does not look very large from the photos, but if it's cool I would hate to miss it.
