I have one dinner reservation left to make for our trip next month. We need a dinner at Epcot. My dh, and I are torn between three. I need a place that is kid friendly, dd (5) and ds (2.5), and a table for 7 in total. We are stuck between: Le Cellier in Canada, Coral Reef in Living Seas or the Garden Grille. My kids live on chicken and fries usually so some place with a decent kids menu. :wave2:

My family dined at LeCellier and Coral Reef, here is our experience. Coral Reef: Great atmosphere, children can view the fish and divers, DS 10 and ME had no problems with our order. HD disaster, long time for meals, waiter forgot and mixed up so much of the order is wasn't funny! Le Cellier, DH's favorite DS second favorite his first was Whsipering Canyon. DS loved the glow in the dark cubes at Le Cellier and that right after dinner we viewed the fireworks right there. Le Cellier, we had a booth in the back and was a great spot for son to unwind and recharge for fireworks.

So thats my 2 cents, I hope my experience gives you a little info that is helpful! Enjoy your trip and have a great time!

Quite honestly, you might have to take whatever you can get this late in the game. Definitely call right away and see what's still available. As far as a preference, Le Cellier gets the most hype. Not too many great reports about Coral Reef lately, and Garden Grill isn't mentined very much.

I'll change it up a bit. While we really like LeC. I would pick Coral reef for that size party.

We just ate at both, and would put Coral Reef above LeC. Here is why I would pick CR:

Party of 7 is going to be cramped in LeC. Coral Reef has those large round booth/tables that all face the glass.

Glow cubes for kids at both

Coral Reef will give each kid (a few adults asked for this at our last outing) a sheet with all the different species of fish in the aquarium. My kids were glued to the tank the entire wait for the food. It was like they were not even there :thumbsup2 Food was outstanding, lobster bisque was excellent.

LeC was good also, but for a large party with kids I would pick CR.

Just my 2 cents...

Thanks everybody. Brutus you made a good point. Something else I forgot to mention is my father in law is a bit on the overweight side. I hate going to places that put him in an awkward position, no pun intended. I especially dont want a place that is solely booths. Thanks again.

I could be wrong, but I think you are going to have difficulty getting Le Cellier. At least before 8:30pm. :teeth:

Out of those three I would go with GG. But there are probably others that would be just as good. But if you want a steak place, you have other options like at the resort hotels...........YC, or Cont.

I would say Le Celliers, though I don't think they will have anything left:(

I don't know if you'll even have a choice at this point - your best bet is to call and see what is even open. All 3 are fairly popular (LeCellier is booked through mid Sept last I heard from a CM though there sometimes are cancellations) so you may not get any. Esp with a larger party.

Just call and ask before you get your heart set on something.
