We are doing a split stay so I will have to have 2 different plans. We are 4 Disney adults. We will be at the GF from 12-7 to 12-12. Then we are at POR from 12-12 to 12-14. We like to eat a good breakfast, snack for lunch and good dinners. TIA

These are the ADR's that I have booked.
12-7 1900 park fare dinner
12-8 CP for breakfast and BOG for dinner
12-9 Rose for lunch with the Candlelight package
12-11 Sci Fi lunch and hopefully Vine dinner with Minnie
12-12 AK day
12-13 CRT breakfast and BOG lunch.
12-14 leave

Out of pocket.

Four adults makes it a pretty easy decision, but the meals you have planned are mostly not worth the credits. You'll do much better paying out of pocket.

For proof, check www.distripplanner.com.

If you go with a plan, you already have 8 TS credits spoken for through the 11th. With the regular DDP, you would only have 5 through the 12th, so that's a lot OOP already. If you went with the DxDDP, you would need to plan 4 more TS through the 12th to try to break even.

I agree with supersnoop. You'll do better OOP.

Thanks for the help. I am leaning toward OOP. I really don't want to add anymore TS meals.

OOP really makes the most sense financially from what you've said. Is there a reason you're still undecided?

I guess I'm still undecided since I know that we will still be eating more quick service meals so I am making sure I'm not missing something.

You said your family enjoys a good breakfast, so I think you'll want some QS breakfasts which are terrible values on the plan. With your ADRs, you'd have to be getting the more expensive QS meals to have a chance at breaking even.

OOP is so much more flexible too! Eat your meal at one location and get your dessert somewhere else or skip the non-alcoholic beverage when all you really want is a cocktail or split 2 desserts between the 4 of you.

Thanks so much. We will go OOP.
