Help me choose!

We have a trip planned for November (1st thru 6th) and are currently booked at ASMu. We've stayed at ASMo before and loved it, but it wasn't available when I originally booked our package. I've been checking and now it looks like ASMo is available. Should I switch???

The main reason for us would be the theming - my kids love Toy Story and the Dalmations, and we really aren't big music fans. However, I understand that ASMu has just gone through a renovation, and I would imagine the rooms are nicer there

Any suggestions????

As I always say....If you have to question it, you know your answer!

Personally, I prefer ASMo, because as you mentioned it does have better theming than ASMu. Plus, with kids ASMo is so much fun. Even though ASMu has had the renovation, I would go with ASMo.

Of course it is really up to you and your family to decide which one would be best for them.

Yeah, I know. I just can't make up my mind. Has the entire ASMu resort been renovated? It would be a bummer to go there just for the new rooms, and get an old one! I thought I read on these boards somewhere that they're not all done.

We're really leaning toward ASMo...

I think I'd switch to Movies, since your kids loved it before. So do I! Even if the rooms have been redone, your kids won't notice it. I would like a fresh new room, but my kids couldn't care less!

All the rooms at ASMu have been renovated.

We had the same problem last year, only we were booked at Pop and couldn't get ASMo; I wasn't able to switch.

If you want ASMovies, I'd change if you can! Otherwise, just walk over and "visit" one day.

I did it - made the switch to ASMo! There were two deciding factors - standard rooms became available today (as of yesterday there were just preferred - I'm one of those people that doesn't understand preferred rooms) and my two older boys' reactions. When I asked which hotel (betweeen ASMu and ASMo) they both said MOVIES!

I'm really excited, so I'm sure I made the right decision.
