Help making sure I can book everyone's FP and we are all linked?

OK my FP booking time is next week and I have my party of 4 so that's no problem but I also have an additional party of 1 in a different room and I am booking FP for all of us. I need to make sure I have this all set up correctly.
When I go to my friends and family it lists all 5 of us. but there is also an "envelope" that I can click on beside each name that says "connect through a Disney account" is that something that I need to do in order to do all of this FP stuff? I'm starting to stress a little over booking the FP for the extra person on the other reservation. thanks.

You already have all 5 listed in your account. No one on your list needs their own MDE so you can disregard the need to link another account.

Thank you! now one more question I have thought of is that my party of 4 ck in for room only on a thurs but our package doesn't start till Saturday so we can book them 60 days prior to our thurs ck in day correct?
However the party of one that is joining us doesn't ck in until Friday also with package starting on Saturday so does this mean I have to make our party of 4 FP on one morning and then make his party of 1 FP the next morning? I'm assuming so but just wanted to check.

When your window opens 60 days before your room only stay, you'll be able to book for the park days beginning with Saturday, the first day of your package stay. Your package tickets are only valid for your package stay.

You can't book for park days before Saturday until you reach WDW and activate your tickets.
