HELP!! Leaving Sat and my AP vouchers have not arrived!

We are leaving early Sat morning and I just realized everyone else's tickets have arrived by my AP Vouchers for me, dh and ds have not arrived. My cc was charged, I ordered them on the dvc member website and of course I plan on calling MS in the morning but hasd anyone ever had this happen? What will they do?

Hello, You should have no problems as they are just a piece of paper and are not actually the passes. MS should be able to gie you the refrence number then just take that information along with your drivers license (for each adult) to any guest relations booth at any of the parks and they will get you taken care of. Have a great trip.
 
Did you pay the extra $3 mailing charge? If not, you must have chosen the "will call" option. With that you get an email confirmation to take to Guest Services and no voucher.

Good idea to talk to MS if you did order the voucher. Please let us know how it turns out.

Ok all taken care of. They did mail out the vouchers but they have noted on my acct that they were lost in the mail and I can go use my confirmation # at Guest Relations and they will issue the passes with ID and DVC Member card as if I had done it will call. I got someone new at MS and at first she made it sound like there was nothing to be done but then she transferred me to Ticket Research and they were wonderful!!!!:banana:

Yeah I am so happy! One less thing to worry about!
