Does it have to be in person or can you do it over the phone?
One can hope....

Do you mind sharing what incentives you got and where you added on? Oh wait, you added on in IL?
And if I can't get a call back to spend over $20K with them, how hard do you think it will be to get a call back about a refund of my deposit?!?!?!?!?So I've stopped calling. My deadline date for the paperwork I've got has passed, and even the 4 or 5 messages I left in the last 48 hours before my deadline didn't get returned. I just decided she must not want my money.
Your sales guide never called you back? I recall the problems you documented on another board. Wow, I'm glad I don't have your guide!
Today I received a call from a DVC manager.-(Ricardo)
He wanted to make sure I was happy and everything was worked out.
He was very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy.
I told him I had switched my guide to another who also happened to be my daughters guide and I was very happy to have her as my guide.
He asked if I was a Disboard member and I said yes.
He asked if the post from Wisconsin was from me as it sounded like my problem and I told him it was.
So now I know first hand they do check out the disboards.
I feel so much better about being a member of DVC and that they responded and then checked back to make sure all was well.
They plan on speaking with my former guide but I hope she does not get in too much trouble. She seemed knowledgeable & pleasant when I dealt with her last time but I feel she should return calls more timely if she wants to be in sales.
For a 110 add on you get 100 bonus points and 2 anual passes. Yes, you do have to add on at Doorway to Dreams in Schaumburg, IL in person.
HTH & answers all of your questions...if you were thinking about adding on, would the drive be worth the APs?
Thanks a bunch JRDisneyClan. I have a dear friend in Schaumburg so that alone would be worth the drive. Now, is it true that we can choose $10 off per point (SSR) instead of taking the developer points?
