HELP!! I think I messed up my outlook express

Last night, I don't know why, I was playing around with outlookexpress. Now, I have a blank white page when I go there. It checks and receives messages but it just remains a plain white page. I show it says "inbox" in the left top corner.......but can't get it back to normal......anybody know???

Tried moving the mouse to "move" things around but it doesn't work. Even tried rebooting??!!
