HOW DO YOU MAKE IMAGES WHEN YOUR ON VMK AND PUT THEM ON HERE

I use a program called PaintShopPro to do a screen capture. I think there is another way, but thats the only way I know how. Good luck!

If you don't have paintshoppro than follow these instructions:
1.Get ready!
2.Find the key that says "PrtScn" on your keyboard next to F12/Print at the top of your keyboard
3.Click it to take the screen shot
4.Click the start button
5.Find the "Paint" program
6.Click Edit at the top
7.Click paste
8.Edit your picture and then click the X(close)and then a popup will appear.Click yes.
9.Go to a image hosting site for example www.imageshack.us and click browse.
10.Find the image and click open.
11.A new page will open with some url's for the picture choose Forum link 1 or 2 and copy it
12.Paste it in a post
13.Pm me and tell me if it worked!

Great directions Milkabum they should also work for just Paint.
