What do I do? I have the serial numbers. Who do I call?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Last year we left our Mickey's Christmas Party passes on our dining room table in Pennsylvania!

All we had to do was go to the ticket window and give the CM the credit card number that we used to buy them. I don't know if they will do the same for Park Hoppers, but I imagine with the serial numbers and/or credit card number they can issue you a new one.

Where did you buy them? The Disney stores now gives you a second receipt to use in just such a case.

If not, then take ticket information to guest relations and they should hopefully be able to help you but it can only be done at the parks.

Lost his Parkhopper at "DISNEYLAND" while we were in the park.

I had all of our package info, receipts etc. We had only been in the park for about 2 hours. They basically told us

TOUGH LUCK! We could have replaced it had you had insurance.

My dh left his in a fast pass machine in MK (he couldn't remember which one:rolleyes: ) Anyway, we went to Guest Services and they replaced it with no problems--we didn't have a receipt, serial numbers or anything. Plus they gave him a FP good at any attraction.:D

Not a problem for WDW. Bring all your information (receipts, numbers, photocopies, etc) with you when you next go to WDW. Take it to any Guest Relations location and they will locate and replace the ticket for you. This can only be done in person. They will not mail you a replacement ticket. It has to be obtained in person at GR.

Wow! I would have never thought to make copies of my WDW park hopper tickets. I will now! Thanks ya'll!

Wow, I didn't think you could get a pass replaced. This is great news! See, that's why I read these boards. I will try to remember to take info with me for hopper purchase - just in case. Thanks!!

PassPorter had a great recommendation to make copies of your tickets as soon as you get them and take them with you. They should be kept in a different location than the real tickets so if the real one is lost, they can replace it.

I know if won't help you, but just a tip for others.
