Help! I lost my SSR pic in my signature!

Help! I know just enough about computers to be dangerous! I was fiddling around with my signature and some how lost my picture of SSR in my signature. Can someone please give me instructions in how to put it back? I need a step by step computer for dummies explanation! TIA!
