Help! I finally got DH to agree and...

Hi! Can anyone help me out. My DH finally agreed to spring for the verandah, cat.6, from our current cat. 9. I checked the DCL website, and there are none left for our 11/15/03 Eastern. Any advice? There are category 5's left, but no 6. We are a party of 4, so cat. 7 is out for us, anyway. Do you think rooms may free up? Also, we booked last Fall, and price have gone a way up. Should I expect them to continue to rise? I don't want to miss this chance!

Hi Peg! Did you book directly through DCL or through a TA? I would think that as you get closer to the 60-day out cancelation time, your chances might get better. If people are considering canceling, they'll most likely do it before they hit that 60-day mark. Maybe DCL or your TA could put you on some kind of a waiting list.

Do you have to pay only the difference in price from a cat 9 to a cat 6?

Or do you have to pay the full price for a cat 6? If that is the case you can rebook for a cat 6 and if none are left you can book a GTY cat 6 room.
