How do you clean your Crocs? I wore my Athens to the Ballpark and now they are filthy in the seam. Ideas?

It depends on how dirty they are - if the whole family's need a spruce up. I put them in the dishwasher, with dish detergent. I do not use the dry setting. If I wear my crocs while working in the yard - they will get covered in red clay. Then I wash them in the bath tub with warm bleach water and a scrub brush. Its a lot of work, but they look like new!

If my crocs need cleaning, I just wear while I'm taking a shower.

If the dirt is in the seam a good scrub with a toothbrush in some warm water wtih laundry or dish soap should do the trick.

LOL......... I should have my daughters do this!!! But I have a hard enough time making sure they get themselves clean! I think I will have them do this, what a great idea. No more "Mom my crocs are dirty, will you clean them?"

I used the warm water, dish soap and toothbrush and it worked great for cleaning in the seams. They were even dirtier that I thought. But now they're good as new! :thumbsup2

HI! I just used comet with a little bit of water and an old electric toothbrush (well a Crest spinbrush to be exact) and then put them in the washer. They came out looking great!!

Wonder if a pressure washer would work?

I wouldn't put mine in the dishwasher, even though I do have a sanitize setting.

I use Armour All wipes - the kind you use to clean and shine your car's dashboard. They take the dirt off and leave them looking shiny and new. As a previous poster said, do not use Armour All on the soles. It will make them very slippery!

A sudsy cloth of warm water & dish soap! I have been amazed at times at how well this works-even on scuff marks. :upsidedow

The washing machine works pretty good too!!

Just washed my DD's and mine in the washing machine yesterday. Worked great, just did a small load in warm water with a very small amount of soap. When my DD went to put them on before school she was all excited and said "Wow they look like new again! But what happened to Eeyore's head?"! :rotfl:

Guess you might want to remove any jibbitz if you do it that way! Good thing tinkerbell didn't loose her head...not sure what we would've done then! :lmao:

Lysol or Clorox wipes for a quick Job and the Dishwasher by themselves - scrub the bottoms though pre dishwasher to encourage the ground in dirt to come out! :wizard:

I just throw them in the washing machine, cold water wash, with like colors. They really do come out looking like new.

Oh Bother!

I like to use a little toothpaste and an old (or someone I'm mad at's) toothbrush. It makes them minty fresh, and nice and clean.
