We are booked into WL, using an email code, on Dec. 14th for 8 nights, but now can't arrive until Dec. 17th for 5 nights. Our departure date is still the same Dec. 22nd.
The Cm's I spoke to try and cancel my existing reservation and then say there is no availability for my new 5 dates. I tell her I still want my existing room but for only 5 nights. Any tips on how I can modify my reservation?
