This morning I called DME (or at least, the number I found on the WDW website 407-939-6244) to add our flights to our itinerary; I didn't have them when I made our resort reservations. I thought everything was OK until I just got the email confirmation. They have added our flight numbers, airline, and dates, but have the arrival/departure time as 12:00:00 am for both inbound and return flights! I called the number above and they said they are Disney Travel Co., not DME and cannot help me. Hello? Who made the ressie in the first place??

Does anyone know who I should call or how to change this?

You might try 866-599-0951 this is the number they gave me when I needed to call and get more tags for the luggage.

Thanks! The guy I just spoke with said not to worry; flight times always post like this when first added, because flight times change so frequently- they update DME records closer to the actual arrival date. While that doesn't make me feel totally good about our flights, I feel confident that DME will get our bus transportation correct in August!

No worries, mine have always said that, believe it or not as long as your arrival date is correct your all set. About two weeks before the trip you will receive a package with your dme vouchers, bag tags and information inluding directions to the DME welcome center. The buses depart constantly so no wories about flight times, just head to the DME Welcome center after you land and they will check your information and put you on the bus to your resort.

When you check in a the DME Welcome center they will confirm your departure information. The day before check out you will receive informatin for the DME trip back to the airport. This does need to be accurate so check the flight # and time and your all set to go.

Yeah, there is no need to worry about this at all. As long as they have your flight # and the day of arrival and departure, you are fine. For arrival day, it doesn't even matter so much when you land, they will be expecting you that day. Even if you took an earlier or later flight, it wouldn't be a big deal. Departure day is where it is more important, you need to make sure they have your flight info, but you can always update that when you check in with ME.

Well said - there could be weather delays, cancellations, etc. You could take a voluntary bump and a later flight and as long as you have an advance reservation DME will be waiting :)
