I had the same problem the other day. The numbers just don't match what they're asking for! I'm sorry I'm no help but I hope someone can.

Well there are 8 different types of passes, on our AP(Florida Seasonal)on the bottom we have a 3 character ticket code then 3 digits, followed by activation date and then another 1 to 4 digit number.

Ours are DVC Ap's. I have the three character code, then activation date, then a 2 digit #, then a 3 digit #.

You put in:

WST (whatever your letters are)

number (mine is 011)

date on the back (not the expiration) 07/12/11

Number: mine is 2 digits, so I often will throw a couple of 00 first (0012). Don't worry that the digits don't add up to the ##s

Do not put in the # after the tr. It's tricky I would call tech support or ticketing and they will walk you through it. Thats what I had to do.
