I'm pretty sure I read this here before, so my apologies, but I didn't have an issue last time so it didn't stick in my head....
We booked AOA thru Orbitz, so the reservation confirmation number we got is all letters. IIRC, folks here have said the number the BOG lunch website needs is all numbers...? Called Disney and they told me to call Orbitz. Called Orbitz and they gave me a different number, with both numbers and letters!
Um....help? Last trip I got an email the day before we left (gee thanks) offering a lunch res, but had CC-guaranteed Sci-Fi ressies already, so couldn't use it. But I'm at the 60-day mark tomorrow, so I planned to just try the lunch FP link and see what happens. Which number should I try, or call someone back?? Thanks for any help!
