OK - I am kind of freaking out right now! Good thing i have plenty of time to get this fixed ;)

Here is what happened. I am booked on a Disney Cruise in Feb 2011. Because I had enough frequent flier miles for one free ticket - I already booked my airfare for the trip on Frontier Airlines. I was happy with the flight times, etc...

Well today - I find out that effective September of 2010 Frontier will no longer be providing service to my city! They are completely pulling out so in order to use them, i would have to drive to Denver - a 7 hour drive!

I am hopeful that they will at least refund my ticket that i paid full price for - does anyone think they will give me a hard time? I sure hope not!

Any reassurance would be appreciated! :goodvibes

Yes, if Frontier will no longer be serving your city they will obviously not be flying the flight that you bought and paid for. You will get your $ returned.

I can't imagine any airline would be allowed to NOT give you a full refund in this situation, and I'm sure Frontier will as well. I'll also say that I had to deal with Frontier airlines a few years ago, when the airlines were having a lot of issues ect., and they were great about everything. We were originally scheduled on Frontier flights, however they ended up canceling them and putting us on flights with United and Continental that were very close to the times we had originally. Everything was fine, but then United and Continental changed their times for our flights drastically and neither of them were helpful in the least bit and were both pretty rude ect. I was able to call Frontier and they canceled the whole reservation for us and gave us a full refund with no issues and we're very friendly.
