Help for Fin's Quest

I am on the task that says "find the horseshoe at the place that has bones and a fierce looking animal." I can't find the horseshoe and I've been walking all over the dungeon trying to find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The horseshoe should be in that part of Adventureland that has the rhinoceros and the people hanging from the tree (sorry, the name escapes me at the moment).
