Help finding the preorder for the Photopass CD?

I've always done a Photopass swap for our trips (miss those!), so I've never actually had to purchase the preorder CD myself...I'm trying to figure out how to do it on the photopass website and I can't find any links to preorder it or a price??

I registered, thinking I could add it to my cart to order, but it's asking me for my photopass numbers.....

Can someone help me? I'm sure I'm missing something painfully obvious.
