Help Finding Something

I have been searching through already done requests and I am either not finding it or overlooking it if it exists. Has any DISigner credted Mickey Heads with the World Showcase flags in them? If so, could somebody point me in that direction? If not, could somebody make them in a 3D look? I'm in no hurry as our trip is in January.
