Help!! Do I have time to make Spectra?

I have dinner ressies at Capt Jack's for 5:20 and I want to see Spectra afterwards . The calendar has Spectra at 8pm that night. Do I have time ?My first time at Capt Jsack's so not sure how slow/quicjk they are . Am going for the Twin Lobster Tails on ddp Yum!! Any advise appreciated

If you are relying on the buses, you will be cutting it close. If you're renting a car you should be okay. enjoy the parade.

I always plan an hour and a half for dinner. So that would mean you would be leaving Capt Jacks at about 7 (if you are seated right away) giving you one hour to get over to Spectro. You could always take a cab if you are short on time.
Keep in mind that people waiting to see Spectro start saving spots all along Main street up to an hour before hand, so getting a good "spot" could take some work if you are just arriving right before the start of the parade.

Thanks for tips I think I may to try to make it a little earlier if I can and it fits in my schedule. I will have seen Spectra on another night so if I'm not in the best spot it's ok!!

Just so you understand, there are no direct buses from DTD to the MK, so you'd have to take a bus to a resort and then either monorail or bus to the MK. You've got a lot of travel time there.
You might be able to weave your way into the park and still get a good view of Spectro, but you might be pushing it.

pp is right that you have to go from DTD to a hotel first, i'd pick the contemporary, since you can walk over right from there instead of taking another form of transportation

Thanks Marsh! I spent last night refiguring everythingand plan to make a lot of changes I had to much structure in my plans. So am working on a better game plan!! Still have our date though!! Wouldn't miss it for the World!Also my date with the Honeymooners on Wed.13th . Will still do Capt Jacks but another night when it's not so tight!!Thankyou all for making me realise I was pushing it!!
