My Disney online account is ALL messed up. Password no good, wrong credentials, too many tries, works here, doesn't work there. Dump cookies, delete history. Works on iPad and iPhone, doesn't work on MacBook, etc etc Spent over an hour on the phone and 13 tries at changing name/password with the 'online problems' line and it's still messed up. I finally managed to log in to MDE on my phone and she basically said "Yippee, it's all good now" and ended the call. It wasn't and it isn't.

Does anyone know where I should post on the Dis to figure out where to escalate this with Disney?

I'm not asking anyone here to help me solve it, just point me in the right direction for escalation.

(I posted here cuz y'all are usually the most helpful and knowledgeable about 'where to go'. So will someone please tell me where to go? 😆)

Your best bet is to call Disney
Website Support

I have found if you call Disney to make reservations for anything, you'll end up with numerous Disney accounts you never know you had. I had to spend some time on the phone with them a while back to get a bunch of random accounts created.

That's the number I called. And got nowhere. I'm hoping someone knows the 'secret number to call' or the 'magic word' to say. Sigh

Yeah unfortunately that’s the number for that particular issue. I’d suggest asking to be escalated to a supervisor the next time you call.

Some castmember told me to say I needed help with Magic Band and that was the Magic Word. .. Option 3

It's not an MB problem. Or do you mean that's the way into 'real' tech support rather than someone with an instruction book and a phone number to 'real' IT?

It looks like my iPhone & iPad are working just fine. It's logging in on my MacBook that's not working

Maybe off on this one, but I had an issue a few months ago. I could not log in on my PC, but could on my Android phone and tablet. On the PC, I find I can log in with no problem using chrome, but firefox fails to login every time. I know yours is Mac stuff, but if you have another browser then try it and see it you can log in.

I know you’re not asking for solutions, but lately on one of my computers I’ve started to always open a new Chrome Incognito window to log into my Disney account, as that seems to be the only way to always get it to work properly.

Tried Chrome, same problem. But thanks for the suggestion.

I'll give incognito a try, thanks for the suggestion. I've exceeded tries for today (sigh) so am going to give that a try tomorrow morning. We were also going to try logging in on a PC to see if maybe it's a 'Big Sur' problem but unless you're running Big Sur, it sounds like that wouldn't be it.

I don't want Disney IT to delete my account & establish a new one since I have current reservations & MDE set up. They assure me they can 'migrate' any resort reservations, tickets & park reservations to a new account but I want that to be the VERY last resort!

Nope, Chrome incognito no go.

I've dumped cookies, deleted keychains, gone incognito. Next step is trying to log on on a PC rather than my MacBook to see if it's Mac problem rather than a simple 'log in' problem. Plus I want to be able to tell Disney IT "Tried that. Yep, tried that too. And that"

Next step will be another call and demanding to go up the line until I get a 'real' IT person.

Just an update and (hopefully) resolution. I had to put this on the back burner for a few days. When I tried to log into 'WDW.go' earlier it said the site was 'unavailable'. Waited a few hours and hey-presto the site is back and all is well.

So in this case "It's not me, it's them".
