Help Decide ADRs

Hi Guys,

I am going to Disney for 2 weeks on 1st of September for the first time so looking for a bit of help with a few things:

1. Can anyone confirm the 90 day mark I should be calling for my ADRs?
2. We are using the deluxe dining plan, so suggest all the recommended places to dine
3. It's just me and my GF (2 Adults)
4. We like to eat fairly late about 8pm, will we have difficulty getting such a time?
5. Please suggest any tips you have, because this is extremely new to me...

Need to know what is the first day your are at WDW to figure out your ADR date.
What kind of foods do you like to eat? Then it would be easier to make suggestions.
We always have really good luck with later times. And there tends to be less kids.

We like all food really apart from Seafood.

There is just so much choice, it's really hard to decide!

Since you have Deluxe Dining, you should check out the menus for the 2TS dining restaurants (allears also has menus). These restaurants would be:California Grill, Flying Fish, Artist Point, Jikos, Hollywood Brown Derby (located in HS), Narcoosees, Citricos,Yachtman Steakhouse)
Boma, Kona, Ohana, LeCellier, Teppan Edo are well liked. I suggest checking out menus. Good luck-call 407-WDW-DINE and they will tell you when you can make your reservations. Happy Planning!!
