Just be aware that some of the "natural" treatments are just merely plain old hair conditioner in disguise. I compared the "active" ingredient in one natural treatment to a bottle of hair conditioner while I was at the store and realized this. Some of them are meant to just be a nit comb-out lubricant and the descriptions are misleading.
The best thing you can do at this point is to keep going through her hair in teeny tiny sections every day for AT LEAST 2 or 3 weeks looking for nits. It's really important because even though you think you have been thorough they are so hard to see.
