I get to make my dining reservations on Friday for my March 30th birthday trip. The trip is just me (age 30) and my mother. I will be in the World at the F&W festival at the time, so I want to try to have every thing down! We are staying our first 4 nights at POR and our last 4 nights at the Poly. We will not be on the dining plan but have TIW. I'm wanting to try a few new places maybe??

March 30th- Will probably not arrive til after 5, so will either eat QS at resort, DTD, or park....

March 31st (Thurs)- AK day. Will eat QS in park for lunch and want to do dinner at DTD. What do people think of the Boathouse? Is it worth the expense and can I use TIW? Also thinking about Raglan Road. I have heard good things but haven't tried. (Usually don't do DTD because hate the bus transportation there but since POR has the boat we are thinking about it this time!)

April 1st (Fri)- Hoping to do Keys to the Kingdom tour with the rest of the day spent at the pool/resort. Considering dinner at Boatwrights at the resort. Again, opinions? Or a DTD restaurant. These first couple of days are the last of Easter, so trying to avoid park crowds. But I might also do an Epcot dinner here.

April 2nd (Sat)- HS day. Lunch at Sci-fi. Probably dinner at 50's Prime Time. We love both of these! Considering doing Fantasmic dining package. Opinions on Mamma Melrose?

April 3rd (Sun)- Checking into Poly. MK day. Lunch at BOG. Dinner at 1900 Park Fare. One Character meal we have always wanted to check out.

April 4th (Mon)- Epcot. Dinner at Le Cellier. We ate there for the first time in September and I loved it.

April 5th (Tues)- Resort day at Poly! This is also my birthday. This is where I have questions. I am considering dinner at LTT and then Wishes dessert party (with hopefully changing the dinner to skippers canteen when open) or Cinderella's Royal Table. What are your thoughts? Any other places that would make a good birthday celebration?

April 6th (Wed)- Back to Epcot or MK. Dinner at O'hana. (Another favorite)

April 7th (Thurs)- Head home. Probably an evening flight but will just do QS.

My DD's 20th birthday is March 6. We are going Feb 26 to Mar 7. On her birthday we will be having breakfast at CRT, lunch at LTT and hopefully dinner at Skipper Canteen with the Wishes dessert party after. So pretty much what you are thinking of doing! I made a backup reservation for BOG that night just in case SC does not open in time. We are staying CL so I have a request in with the IPO and will also try to make my own ADR so hopefully one of them will work.

We are also going to try out The Boathouse-I have heard it is amazing. We could only get a 9:00 ADR so we will have apps first at Raglan Road.

Mama Melrose has been hit or miss for us but we are going to do the lunch Fantasmic package anyway.

I think you have a good plan!

Boatwrights at POR is amazing
Making special trip to eat there next trip

Thanks so much for all of your input so far! I'm still debating on The Boathouse as I'm not blown away by the menu. Has anyone eaten at Fulton's? Seems to be a little less expensive with more menu options we like?

Also for my birthday I'm thinking a late breakfast at CRT with dinner at LTT or skippers canteen with the Wishes Dessert party.
