We're going in June, and when we made our dinner res. for Concourse we were in the mindset that we would be in the MK all day and that if we split up then it would be easier to meet at the Concourse in the contempoary. My mil took my suggestion of eating at the Concourse b/c I've never eaten tehre and it was close to the Mk so we could get back fairly easy. Now i'm starting to rethink my decision b/c I think the Fifities would be more fun for the entire group. I've eaten there before and liked it. Plus we all love those great fifites sitcoms which is what the place reminds me of. Which would you choose. I've heard nothing just great about either. We're ok with park hopping and we have 6 adults in our group a 4year old and a 6 month old. Which would we enjoy better being a group?

I love the food at Concourse Steakhouse, and we usually eat there once on every trip. However, if you are looking for a "themed" environment you won't get it there -- you don't go there for the atmosphere, but for the food.

ANother vote for Concourse. We always get the steak (either a NY strip or ribeye, can't remember) And it is delicious. LArge portion too!

If you are looking for a nice place to eat after a day in the park then you should pick the Concourse. There is no special theming though. It's kind of more like you're very nice steak house in town. If you're looking for more fun and theming, then 50's would b near MK, personally our favorite restaurant, and we think better than the Concourse, it would be the Grand Floridian Cafe at the Grand Floridian.

The food is great, and I personally love the atmosphere. I love watching the Monorail above our heads and the occasional character from Chef Mickey's. The desserts for kids there are fabulous too!

Concourse all the way, a definite for us every trip. It's not themed, but the monorail runs right next to the restaurant and the kids may get a kick out of watching it. You'll eat at lots of fun places during the average trip to WDW, this is one that's less for the "fun" more for the food.

Enjoy your trip!!!
