Help? Cirque du Soleil from the Poly.

Any suggestions for travel (bus vs. taxi) to go to Cirque du Soleil?
Any night better than another? Where to eat??/

All you have to do is take the bus to Downtown Disney and get off at the Westside bus stop, which is the second stop. It drops you off near Planet Hollywood. It is just a short walk to the Cirque. There are pleny of places to eat in DTD. We ate at the House of Blues before we went this past December it was very good.
