HELP! Cant make ADRs online?! why?

Ok, I am staying at BLT in July. I have made a few reservations only 2. I am trying to make reservations for Aloha Dinner show and have also tried to do ressie for Calif Grill...NOW I AM GETTING FRUSTRATED! HELP!

1. I log into the waltdisney system I go to make a dining res.
2. I pick time place date etc. it comes up what is available so I pick the timeand hit continue!
3. Then it says to log in to tie my res into my dining plan and resort.
4. REmember I already logged in. So I REDO my login
5. Well then it takes me back to make a dining RESSIE!!! Ughhh
6. i start over and then it does exactly the same thing. It is a vicious cycle!!!!

Has this happened to anyone else????

Also if i book online for a dinner show do i have to prepay??? It keeps asking me to prepay but I have dining plan? I think this is because i keep getting booted out.

Sorry to read about your computer problem. I hope you're able to clear it up.

As far as prepaying for the dinner shows, if you make the reservation on line you will have to prepay even if you have a dining plan. You can call and let the CM know and you will only have to give them a credit card # as a guarantee for the cancellation/no show policy.

This keeps happening to me too. The website hates my computer, if I use my husband's computer (which is sitting right next to mine) it lets me make reservations. I did make some from my computer, I just made the reservation without signing in the second time and go to the main page and update my reservations. Hope that helps. I can't make a reservation for Hoop-Dee-Doo from either computer though. I called yesterday to make it and they couldn't get it to work, I was short on time, so didn't with for a supervisor. I need to call again today.

I am having the same problem. Now I just make the reservation and fill in the blanks. As long as I use the same phone number, the reservation has been showing up on my list of reservations. Good luck!

For some bizarre reason, that happens to me all the time when I'm using my macbook especially if I'm at Disney.. no idea why it doesnt happen at home.... BUT, I found if I use mozilla- It works... so, perhaps try another browser

Some sites hate safari and when that happens to me, I start over in Mozilla and it usually works. Good luck!

Thanks all!!! At least I know I am not the only one in circle of ADR nightmares! I am trying again this am...same thing. I know I should just call but I am so stubborn. Have ot make this computer work! Downloading Mozilla I hear better browser anyway.

I downloaded Mozilla Firefox...Love it! It let me do my ADR's!! No cycle!!!!!
