HELP! Can anyone please make an UP! disign?

Hi! My DMom has purchased tickets to UP! as a surprize end of the school year gift for my DD. I was wondering if any kind Diser can make a design this afternoon? It would be so cool to have a tee for her to wear tonight.

I've seen it happen here, maybe someone can make some Disney magic... her name is LEXI.

If it's not possible, I will completely understand. Just thought i'd give it a try.
