Help!!! anyoen know how to convert grams to oz.???

Hey!! I have to do a science experiment and I need

2 grams of salt and 2 grams of sand. What is the easiest way to measure this??? I have no clue!!! I don't want to spend a lot of $$$ on a scale!!
